“Touching Hearts through Service” by Brother Gene Massey.

Gene Massey is a Los Angeles-based film director and follower of Sathya Sai Baba since 1980. He has created many short films and documentaries of service activities (including medical camps, hospitals, orphanages, village upliftment, and schools) around the world for the Sathya Sai Organization. He is currently editing 115 hours of footage of service activities into a one-hour documentary for broadcast on Indian television. Gene attends the Hollywood Sai Center, the first Sathya Sai Baba Center in America. Now the center’s President, he participates weekly in the center’s homeless feeding project, and has taught an Education in Human Values-based Life Skills class at an LA County prison for teenage boys for the past 15 years.

The Sathya Sai International Organization (SSIO) is a free, non-denominational voluntary organisation based in 126 countries. The Sathya Sai Center of Austin is the local chapter of the Sathya Sai International Organization, which was founded on Sathya Sai Baba’s core messages: to love all, serve all; experience the unity of all faiths; and practice, unwaveringly, the five human values of Love, Truth, Peace, Right Conduct, Non-Violence as the foundation of character-based living. For more information on Sathya Sai Center of Austin, please click Here
