Tentative program: Two-day retreat

(Regions 5 and 10 will be following EST, and regions 6,7,9 will be following PDT)

Tentative outline of the Devotional component is as follows: 

 

 

Topics for the workshops are:

Meditation: (Region 5) discussion around Inner peace and calm, steps and tips for meditation-like discipline and conditioning the body, connect with inner divinity, types of meditations recommended by Bhagavan.

Relationships: (Region 6) Doer-ships, friendships, dealing with toxic relationships, how to deal with inequality and difficult people

Love My Uncertainty: (Region 9) power of acceptance, letting go, detachment, ups and downs of life. “React, Reflect, Resound”

Stress management: (Region 10) work/ life balance, discipline, case studies from covid, dealing with setbacks, maintaining quality in physical and mental functioning amidst chaos.

We are all One: (Region 7) Unity, positivity, attitude of gratitude, one with nature, connect with inner divinity in all.
